Warranty

Our Warranty Commitment

Curtis Appliance stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This policy explains the warranty protections that apply to your purchase, how they work together, and what to do if you ever receive a defective item.

Statutory Warranty

All goods purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty for defects required by law. If an item you received is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you β€” typically repair or replacement of the product. Where the law allows, and repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. These statutory rights exist independently of any warranty offered by the manufacturer and are not affected by it.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products we sell also carry an additional manufacturer warranty. Where this applies, it covers the product for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty is provided on top of, and does not replace or limit, your statutory warranty rights described above.

How to Report a Fault

If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. To reach us, email contact@curtisappliance.com.

To help us assess and resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include the following when you contact us:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault
  • Photos of the issue, where possible

Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and work with you promptly to arrange the appropriate remedy.
